When we first moved in a little over two years ago, we planted a little garden out front. By "we," we actually mean our Center-Mom, Sylla. She brought over cuttings from her garden and even in fairly shallow soil with rocks underneath, several of the plants have flourished. The jasmine has been intoxicating at night, the lavender is dormant but still hearty, and the..what is that one in the front?
Several of us over here are still just beginning to learn about plants and we had a hard time figuring out if the short herb in the front was oregano or marjoram. The plant gave us a little hint a week ago when it began to flower! At this point, we are pretty sure it is marjoram (though a trained botanist might know for sure!).
Sometimes we need to get to know someone a little while before they are ready to show their true self. Sometimes that person is ourselves. What is inside you ready to bloom?
