Gently let go of the stresses of life at this group meditation and tea meeting. We will first introduce mindfulness for those new to this practice, then sit together through a guided visualization to quiet the mind and relax the body. From this space we will share tea and ideas, cultivating a deeper connection with ourselves and each other.
This event is floor seating. Please bring a cushion, pillow, or small blanket for your comfort. Seating begins at 6:45am and is limited.
