A Life-Changing Adventure in Intimacy
A workshop for couples to practice mindfulness in being more fully present to each other. Includes dialogue on the benefits of loving touch, demonstration of easy-to-use massage techniques, and time for guided personal connection. Couples learn the benefit of non-sexual loving touch, how to give and receive immediate feedback, how to safely apply several massage techniques, the role of mindfulness in all areas of life, and the power of being present to each other.

A Day of Meaningful Self-Discovery via the Written Word
A workshop for all persons interested in evoking a creative experience for deeper understanding of self to activate imagination or enhance existing artistic practices. Explore the role of free writing, creativity principles, rhythm, inspiration and voice as key elements in the self-exploration process. Includes both moments of silence and expression to uncover the most authentic and creative self. Includes several writing and inspiration-building exercises, including timed writing, silent meditation, aromatherapy, drumming, short lectures, and sharing opportunities. Writing exercises draw from Natalie Goldberg’s Writing Down the Bones and Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way.
