Tea + Meditation

Meditation led by Nyssa Hanger, MA, LMT, RYT / $10 includes tea

Gently let go of the stresses of life at this group meditation and tea meeting. We will introduce mindfulness to those who are new to this practice then sit together through a guided visualization to quiet the mind and relax the body. From this space we will share tea and ideas cultivating a deeper connection with ourselves and each other.
