Sarah Serralta is yoga and meditation instructor and folk herbalist. She found yoga and plant medicine at a young age, and is passionate about sharing natural methods for healing the heart, mind, and body.
Her mission as an instructor is to make yoga and wellness more successful to diverse populations, such as the LGBTQIA+ community, people of color, and people with disabilities. Yoga is for every body and she aims to empower students to take wellness into their own hands to heal from the inside out.
